After the initial pre-selection phase, we then have personal interviews with the candidates that best fit the position and are motivated by the job in question. This way, we validate and present to our clients only the candidates that best fit the position on a personal and professional level.

Policy

We have a strict “non-compete” policy in order to ensure satisfactory results and offer the best valid candidates in our search processes.

We limit our commercial relations to a maximum of 3 clients per target sector/region.
